Press Release For release during the weeks of August 26th and September 2nd The Hand-to-Mouth Players announce auditions for their presentation of Twelve Angry Jurors, directed by Rose Graziano. Performance dates are November 1-3 and 8-10. The cast consists of 12 adult jurors, male and female, and one male guard. This literary classic is told against the backdrop of a murder trial in which a teenager is accused of killing his father. The 12 jurors must make a unanimous decision in what appears to be an open-and-shut case. Or is it? As the evidence is painstakingly scrutinized, tensions mount, tempers rise and the 12 jurors are forced toconfront their secret frailties and bitter prejudices in an unrelenting struggle for the truth.Auditions and performances will be held at the Trinity Boscobel United Methodist Church in Buchanan, NY.
